Agreement to Terms
By using authorityai.ai (the "Site") or engaging Authority AI ("Authority AI," "we," "us," or "our") for any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our Services
Authority AI provides AI transformation consulting, training, marketing, custom automation, fractional AI leadership, and Authority Membership. Details on each service are available on their respective pages. Specific engagements are governed by these Terms together with any proposal, statement of work, or agreement signed between you and Authority AI.
Authority Membership: Billing, Renewal & Cancellation
Authority Membership begins with a first-month rate of $97, after which it renews automatically each month at $497 until canceled. There is no minimum commitment — you may cancel at any time by contacting info@authorityai.ai. Your membership will remain active through the end of the billing period already paid for.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Authority Membership)
If you are not satisfied with Authority Membership, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial charge by emailing info@authorityai.ai. This guarantee applies to your first payment only.
AI Consulting Guarantee
Our AI Consulting engagement includes a satisfaction guarantee covering the consulting week itself: if you feel by the end of the engagement that it was not worth your time or investment, we will refund that engagement. This guarantee does not extend to the 12-month implementation roadmap or any execution work that follows.
Payment
Fees for our services are as quoted to you at the time of purchase or engagement. We reserve the right to change our pricing for future terms or engagements; any change will not affect a period you've already paid for.
Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, along with any templates, SOPs, tools, and materials provided through Authority Membership or our other services (the "Materials"), are owned by Authority AI or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Materials for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose the Materials for any other business.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Site and services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. Except for the guarantees explicitly described above, we make no warranties about specific business results, revenue, or outcomes from our services — every business is different, and results depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Authority AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of our Site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
