Client: Any individual or business entity that uses the services provided by Authority AI.
Service: The AI Automation services provided by Authority AI, including but not limited to automation, CRM building, chat bot development and more.
Website: The website operated by Authority AI at www.authorityai.ai.
Upon opting into text messages from Authority AI, you will receive SMS communications regarding our automation services, including request for information, information about our program and how it works, occasional marketing messages and requests for meetings to discuss your progress.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@authorityai.ai.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Service Agreement: By engaging Authority AI, you agree to the terms outlined in the service agreement specific to your project.
Fees and Payment: Fees for our services will be outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified.
Late Payments: Late payments will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum permitted by law.
Ownership: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Authority AI or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
License: Authority AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal and business purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep confidential all information that is not publicly available and is disclosed by one party to the other, which is designated as confidential or should reasonably be understood to be confidential.
Non-Disclosure: You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or use any confidential information except as necessary to perform your obligations under these Terms & Conditions.
No Warranty: Authority AI provides the services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability: In no event will Authority AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our services and/or any personal information stored therein.
Termination by Client: You may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to Authority AI.
Termination by Authority AI: We may terminate the service agreement or suspend your access to the services at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Authority AI reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. By continuing to use the services after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms & Conditions.
